Holiday Truffles & Bonbons


This holiday season you won’t need to visit a specialty chocolate shop for gourmet chocolate treats – you can create them in your own kitchen! Your instructor, Chef Marisa Scibetta will guide you through the process of creating irresistible truffles and delicate ganache-filled bonbons in this special two-part evening class. For the person who has everything, consider a box of hand-rolled chocolate treats prepared just for them. After all, it’s the handmade gifts that are the sweetest!

Students will learn:
-    Easy chocolate tempering tricks
-    Hand-rolled chocolates
-    A variety of specialty ganaches recipes
-    How to showcase and package your treats
-    Working with transfer sheets

Students will make:
-    Truffles
-    Bonbons
-    Ganache fillings

Students must bring:
-    Apron
